How To Order

Read through all the steps carefully before you submit your order.

Step One:

Step Two:
Fill In Order Form. Please use the template below, copy & paste it then proceed to the following Step Three.

Step Three:
drop me an email at chumelclothing@yahoo.com with your completed order form above. Ensure that all fields have been filled in as accurately as possible. I will get back to you within 1 - 2 days to confirm availability and to send you an invoice for your order.

Step Four:
Payment Upon confirmation of your order and shipping costs (see Step Five below), you will then have to proceed with payment within 3 days otherwise your order will be canceled & you will be blacklisted & other blog shop owners will be warned. Seriously.
Payment is accepted via online banking at Maybank2u or cash deposit at any Maybank ATM or bank branch.
I will send you the account number upon confirmation of your order.

IMPORTANT! Please remember to inform me via email once you have made payment and include your reference number and a copy of your transaction receipt (snap picture or scan it)
. Without this info I can not confirm your payment.

Step Five:
Shipping. Once I've received and confirmed payment from you, I will head on down to the post office to ship your order to you. MALAYSIAPos Laju (1 - 2 days): RM7.00*Registered mail (2 - 5 days): RM5.00*EAST MALAYSIAPos Laju (2 - 3 days): RM8.00*Registered mail (3- 7 days): RM6.00**The cost may vary depending on the weight and dimension of your order and location. The amount listed above is the minimum standard.Please note that shipping costs includes wrapping, packaging and postage.

ORDERING
Orders are taken on a first come, first served basis.
Only genuine buyers will be entertained. All unscrupulous buyers will be blacklisted & other blog shop owners within the ChumelClothing circle will be warned. All prices are non-negotiable & exclude shipping.
Colors displayed online may differ from the actual item due to photography & monitor settings.
To order, please complete the Order Form & ensure that all fields have been filled in.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made within 3 days upon receiving the invoice. Please send a copy of the receipt via email (scanned or uploaded) so that I can verify the transaction.
Sorry, but I don't do Cash On Delivery (COD), personal deliveries nor allow pick-ups at my home. If you wish to purchase an item & pick it up at a bazaar I am taking part in, you must make full payment first.
All orders will be shipped within 1 - 7 business days upon confirmation of payment. The length is determined by customization/adjustment work required & quantity of order.

SHIPPING
All items come packed in a box with bubble wrap + styrofoam nuggets. As a tracking number will be provided you will be solely responsible for tracking your package.
All items will be checked prior to shipping for quality.

LIABILITY, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
I will hold no responsibility if your package should suffer any mishaps during delivery or if your package gets lost in the mail. To reiterate, I will not replace your order nor offer you a refund for lost or damaged items.
Items sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
